PLACING AN ORDER / PRICING

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you via email or telephone.

If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling and are exclusive of UK VAT

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

DELIVERY

We deliver Worldwide. Please be aware that when you place an order, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information on charges before placing your order with us. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are being sent to.

Postal delays may incur due to:

  • Carrier Delays
  • Logistical Issues
  • Bad weather and Travel Issues
  • Busier Times in the postal calendar year including Christmas

If delays are caused by the carrier service, we will not be liable for any such delay.

If you enter an incorrect address when you place an order with us, please email us ASAP info@worldofglitter.co.uk to amend the address. If your order has already shipped we will not be responsible for refunding any items and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to locate and track your item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

World Of Glitter can only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Goods that you have not ordered and been incorrectly sent out.
  • Damaged or broken goods that need to be replaced.
  • An error that has described the item incorrectly on the website.

The Customer must follow the returns policy, by emailing us info@worldofglitter.co.uk with any issues of the above, within 48 hours on receipt of goods. If in any circumstance any goods are to be returned to us they must be returned to us within 14 days. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, and include all items. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are return to us. And the customers care to resend the item/s back to us. Once we have received goods and the products meets the full criteria, a refund will be issued inclusive of any postal costings *subject to any taxes or import duties that may occur.

In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a replacement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, CONTENT & SOFTWARE

World Of Glitter Limited owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and all of its its content. These rights are protected. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use.

You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our permission to do so.

You’re also not allowed to use the The World Of Glitter logo or any brand or trade mark without our permission.

You are entitled to link us, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of endorsement by World Of Glitter Limited.
